在疫情期間，支持強(qiáng)制性食品認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)延后工廠檢查時(shí)間或開(kāi)展線上審核；對(duì)進(jìn)口食品符合免予辦理強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證條件的， 為企業(yè)“容缺辦理”進(jìn)口證明；對(duì)企業(yè)因“疫情原因”無(wú)法按申報(bào)用途使用，或者無(wú)法按規(guī)定及時(shí)銷(xiāo)毀食品、退運(yùn)相關(guān)免予 辦理強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品的情形，不作為違反監(jiān)管規(guī)定處理。
